Update August 1

Greetings from Acatlan de Juarez, Mexico.

" The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men."
Ps 115.16

Rainy season, cool nights, pleasant days - some days rainy all day. Underpasses flooded, traffic slowed down to a crawl; but everything is green and fresh. God made a beautiful world for us!

Last week we had 2 people pray for salvation at Angulo, as well as two young fellows in one of our cell meetings. At the newest mission church (Misión Estadio) one more person received the Lord. At the Tepic mission 5 people prayed for salvation at the end of their Vacation Bible School. Praise the Lord.

Pictured, the 2 young fellows who prayed for salvation and Linda, teaching at the lrge women's conference here.

We are getting geared up for the annual Youth Camp next week. I will preach to them on Saturday the 6th.

On the 13th of August Linda and I will be down south helping one of our pastors celebrate the 15th birthday of their youngest daughter. (The quinceañera (15th birthday) is a very important event in the young ladies’ life here in Mexico.

Thank you, again, for your prayers and your gift for the ministry here.

Roger & Linda
