Greetings from warm and windy Mexico.
“Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.” 2 Cor. 1.11
I am always impressed with Paul’s words to the brethren in different cities – recognizing how their giving and prayers played such an important part in his ministry.
Linda and I feel the same about you and many others like you. Your gifts help keep us here – your prayers help make our work effective and fruitful. And your prayers help keep us safe and protected. Thank you for praying for us and the Lord’s work here.
For all of those who have blessed us and the ministry with financial contributions in 2010 – you should be getting a tax deductible receipt from the MRC office in Dallas very soon.
We had 3 pray for salvation last week – one at the Angulo church and 2 at the Estadio mission church.
Linda and minister tomorrow at our Tabachines church in Zapopan. Juan and Gloria Acosta are celebrating 25 years as pastors there. What a faithful, committed couple.
Pray we have a glorious service celebrating with them.
I also minister tomorrow at the Angulo church. And next Saturday Linda and I go to Tepic, Nayarit where Linda will help the pastor’s wife there initiate a new course of Titus 2.
Its 2011 and we are off and running. Its going to be a good year – an exciting and productive year. And your prayers are a big part of that. Again, thank you.
God bless you tomorrow as you gather with His people to worship Him. He is worthy!
In Him,
Roger & Linda

Update January 2
New Year's greetings from Mexico!
One of my favorite verses is Isaiah 58.11 (especially the NLT version in this case)
"The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring."
I pray that will be true for you, as well all through 2011.
Just a short email this week. 2 Prayed for Salvation Sunday. 166 prayed for salvation during 2010 at the Angulo Center church.
Linda and I begin our 45th year in Mexico this week. After 10 years with the Mexicans in Texas and 18 months in Puerto Rico, we moved into Mexico the first week of 1967. We had four small children and a promise of $90 a month support. God is faithful. He has always supplied all our needs - personal and ministry. Praise His Name forever!
You and people like you have been His source of strength and financial provision for us all through the years. We thank God every day for you and others like you!
Our prayer is what Jabez prayed - Bless us (so we can be a blessing to others), increase our territory, let Your Hand be with us and keep us from evil.
Its going to be a great year!
In Him,
Roger & Linda
