Greetings and blessings late Saturday night!
We had 2 banquets this weekend - for couples and for young people. Valentine's Day is called Dia de Amistad y amor here...Day of friendship and love. We had two people pray for salvation last night and three last Sunday. I don't have tonight's report yet.
Its been a VERY busy week - meetings and services and conferences. But a good week, too.
I'm including a pic of the banquet last night. Really, we were disappointed in the attendance - but city traffic was atrocious. Some pople just couldn't get there. It took us 90 minutes to get home afterward.
Linda is BETTER! Thanks for praying. The doctor gave her some antibiotics and she has really gotten better...the cough is almost completely gone! Praise God.
Have a joyful day in Father's House with His other kids. Keep us in your prayers, too, please.
In Him,
Roger & Linda

Update February 8
Greetings and blessings in Jesus.
"...this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith."
How marvelous to live in the victory Jesus won for us at Calvary and the empty tomb!
We had a good day Sunday - good spirit and response from the people, and 2 people prayed for salvation. I am so glad for those two - so hungry to see greater numbers coming to Him!
New people are coming to the Lord in the Tepic mission, too. Praise God. Please keep Pastor Martin and Faustina in your prayers.
I took Linda to the doctor this week. He wasn't disturbed by the X-rays, but suggested she go to the lung doctor again and see what he thought. May need an MRI on her lungs. They AREN'T right. The cough still persists.
Pray for the Valentine banquets we have scheduled for Friday (couples) and Saturday (youth.) These are evangelistic events...we expect to see new people come to the Lord.
Have an exciting day in Father's House tomorrow - enjoy Family and His Presence.
And...thanks for praying for us! Its so vital for us here.
In Him,
Roger & Linda

Update February 1
Greetings and multiplied blessings in Jesus!
Our God IS a God of multiplication! That's what we want! Too many lost people, too short a time to reach them with mere addition! Pray for us to move into multiplication, will you?
We had a good time with Don Loose ministering here. The pastors and people loved him, and he blessed us. He preached to another group of young people Saturday night, in 3 of our Center churches Sunday and Monday morning and afternoon at our pastors' regional meeting.
We sent him over to Morelia, Michoacan hoarse!!
Wow! We're into February already. Where did January go? Ha. Where did 2008 go?
We only had one young man come to the Lord last week - but expecting a good harvest tomorrow!
Thanks so much for your prayers. BTW Linda is better, but just can't seem to get over that cough! Had chest x-ray Thursday, will get the doctor's report on it Tuesday. Thanks for praying.
Have a wonderful day in Father's House tomorrow. Ps 29 says if we give HIM glory and strength, He will give US strength and peace! Good trade, I believe.
In Him,
Roger & Linda
