Greetings and blessings once again!
These weeks whiz by! This was another fast one! Busy and blessed!
We married another fine young couple last night in El Grullo (3 hours south of Guadalajara.)The pastor’s son David – my, it seems yesterday he was just a little boy – and Lupita were united in holy matrimony. We didn’t stay for the reception and tasty meal; we had to get back before midnight and all the rain. We made it,too. PTL.
We had 3 come to the Lord last Sunday – and another young man received the Lord after the service was finished.
I sent an urgent prayer request in the middle of the week for Arturo Gomez. The operation he needs immediately is an ileocolectomy with complete rectal reconstruction. If it SOUNDS bad– it is! We asked for prayer. Several have responded offering donations as well. The operation will cost
$15, 000 dollars. If that’s what God says, would you please send the check to Missionary Revival Crusade and mark the memo line with Arturo surgery. That way we can keep it separate from our own account and donations.
We do appreciate your prayers and response in every way!
God bless you – have a wonderful Lord’s Day!
In Him,
Roger and Linda

Surgery - Arturo Gomez
Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus.
Briefly, we need URGENTprayer and financial aid for Arturo Gomez. Arturo is a relatively newbeliever. He has already won several people to the Lord in his zeal forhis Savior. But - he has a life-threatening condition. His entire intestinal tract is saturated with precancerous polyps, and has to be almost entirely removed.
Arturo is on the Social Security medical system here in Mexico (which is really socialized medicine) but we found out they were going to remove all his intestinal tract and give him a permanent colostomy thing. We arranged for him to see Linda's oncologist (the number one oncologist in Mexico) and he referred us to Dr Juan Pablo Peña, the only doctor that does the kind of operation that Arturo needs - for healing and not maiming.
Arturo is 36 years old. (See photo.) He has a wife and baby girl. The doctors are wildly reducing their honorariums, but still with the special equipment needed and the hospital, the operation will cost $15,000 dollars. We asked the doctor how soon this should be done. He said, 'Last week, if not earlier!'
Would you please pray for Arturo, and for the money needed for his surgery? As I said - its really urgent!! Thank you. We´ll keep you informed.

Update June 22
Greetings from Mexico this stormy Sunday morning!
Yes- we had a terrific electrical storm here last night and early this morning. The rainy season has begun, and the temps are very pleasant these days!
We had 2 people come to the altars to receive the Lord last Sunday. Nine the Sunday before. We are anticipating more today - thank you for your prayers for the lost in Mexico.
The folks in Tepic (and we) are anxious to get started. We should take possession of the rent house to start meetings early July. Please keep praying for Tepic.
We had the godrev.com team with us Tuesday. Picked them up at 8 A.M. at the airport, visited, and had lunch at "Linda's House" and a very good training time Tuesday evening at the Angulo Center Church. Literally scores of Mexicans are coming to the Lord through that website. You can see it in English at "lookingforgod.com" Why not check it out? (Photos attached)
Linda's Titus 2 ladies have another session Friday all day...please pray for that. Friday night at the El Grullo church, in the south part of our state, we have a wedding. The pastor's son is getting married. Please pray for a safe trip down and back.
Thank you for praying. We are always blessed and encouraged to know you are praying for us and the ministry here.
Have a blessed and joyous Lord's Day in His house with His people.

Update - June 15
Greetings and blessings to you in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
Happy Father's Day to all the dads.
God continues blessing the downtown church (where we pastor) as well as our other seven congregations in the city. We had 9 people pray for salvation last Sunday. Then I counseled with a young couple after the service – and was blessed to lead the wife to receive the Savior. Praise God. That’s still the greatest thrill and joy in this life!
Thank you so very much for your prayers for us and the ministry here. Have an exciting day in church today.
In Him,
Roger & Linda

Update - June 8
Greetings and Blessings in the Name of the Lord.
Monday through Wednesday were spent in the Mexican work board meeting in San Luis Potosi.-
I took advantage of the 5 hour trips (coming and going) to read Ken Sumrall’s excellent book on Forgiveness (Forgive and Move on) and listening to Bill Johnson preach on “The Church of Power” (A six part teaching.) Very good.
We had good services last Sunday – except that no new people came to the Lord. There were a couple of folk that came – I thought they were new, but no. They were coming to rededicate their hearts to the Lord.
We are expecting a “make-up” tomorrow...in lost people coming to the Lord. Pray with us that it will be so.
The Tepic project is moving forward. We hope to start meetings there in July. And, the Lord helping us, we hope to start services in southern Guadalajara soon, too.
Your prayers are so appreciated – so needed and so helpful. Thank you for praying for us and the ministry here.
Have a joyful day tomorrow with the Family in your area.
